The Bird offers multiple seating areas both inside and outside, and each bedroom suite offers a panoramic view from a private verandah.

There are four bedroom suites with an office that can serve as a fifth bedroom. The villa may be rented as a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom as well. The placement of the suites, each with its own verandah and equal, panoramic views of the beach and Caribbean Sea, assures individual privacy for guests. Each suite, individually decorated, has its own refrigerator and coffee service. Frette linens and Bvlgari amenities enhance the luxury of this tropical retreat.

Two fresh water pools, 3-1/2 to 9' deep. Swim up ledge overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea. The main pool
meanders between the buildings, patios and lush landscaping. The master suite is reached by crossing a bridge over the main pool. In addition, the master suite has its own private plunge pool.
All suites are air-conditioned and have their own private patio with an equal panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Each has a bar with refrigerator, coffee service, Frette linens, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and Bvlgari amenities.
Suite #1: King Bed, whirlpool, indoor and outdoor shower, two sinks, dressing table, dressing room, bar and private plunge pool.
Suite #2: King Bed, whirlpool, shower for two, bar, two sinks, desk, walk-in closet and expansive verandah with outstanding views of beach and mountains.
Suite #3: Two Queen Beds, shower, sink, dressing table, walk-in closet, bar. Private verandah with views of the beach and St. Barths.
Suite #4: King or Divided into Two Twins, shower, sink, dressing table, two closets and bar. Verandah with view of beach and mountains of St. Barths. Attached office (or 5th bedroom) with two day beds, desk, flat screen TV and private patio.
Bedroom #5: Attached to #4 as office, TV room for children, nursery or 5th bedroom. Two day-beds are ideal for children 10 and under.
Sandy Hill Bay, with its long, crescent beach, gently slopping shore and protective reefs, provides excellent swimming, snorkeling, and safe harbor for a small yacht. Enjoy panoramic views of five countries, including St. Martin and St. Barth's. There are no large resorts on this secluded beach, so privacy is assured.
Lush landscape with orchids, bromeliads and other flowering plants and numerous types of palm trees provide a constant reminder of your tropical paradise. A large Indonesian bale or day bed is situated in one garden and overlooks the Caribbean.
